PAGE COUNTY HERITAGE FESTIVAL
TERMS & REGULATIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!
Only applications for handmade arts/crafts will be accepted (no yard sale or commercially distributed items allowed).
The PCHA reserves the right to reject an exhibitor at any time for violation of this term.
For new crafter applications, a current photograph of your craft(s) is required. (photos will not be returned) Please write your name and address on the back of each photo in the event that they get separated.
Food vendors do not need to submit a photograph, but we do need a list of your menu items for advertising purposes.
Payments: You must send payment to reserve a space with your application. You may pay online using Paypal (select 'Heritage Festival / Vendor Payments' in navigation menu) OR you may send a check, payable to “Page Co. Heritage Association”, to the address below. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Equipment: Exhibitors must furnish their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc).
Dress Code: Since this is a "Heritage Festival", we encourage lady vendors to wear long dresses/skirts and aprons, and the men to wear bib overalls and straw hats.
Set up & Parking:
Vendors may begin setting up on the Friday of the Festival weekend at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be available for purchase.
On the Saturday of the Festival, you may unload and set up before 9:00 a.m. ALL CARS AND TRUCKS MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE THE FENCED PERIMETER BY 9:00 A.M. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING WITHIN THE GROUNDS.
A limited number of handicapped parking is available, upon request, each morning of The Festival.
FOOD VENDORS parked inside the fence MUST EXIT OUT GATE #1.
Additional information:
Please pick up your admission tickets at the Festival office on Friday when you arrive (2 tickets per crafter). Food vendors must pick up tickets for their workers on Friday, as well.
For everyone’s safety, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, NO ALCOHOL and NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS! We will make exceptions for service animals.
Membership in the Page County Heritage Association is only $10 and goes towards our preservation projects. Membership is also good for free admission into The Festival! A membership application can be printed from our website or you can call Nancy Cotter (540-743-3629). The Page County Heritage Association is a 501(c) organization, which means your membership fee is tax deductible!
Lodging reservations should be made immediately! The Luray/Page County Chamber of Commerce can help you with this. Call 540-743-3915.
Directions to The Page Co. Fairgrounds (site of The Heritage Festival):
From the east, follow Route 211 Business into town. Turn right at the Shell Station onto Collins Ave.
From the west, follow Route 211 Business into town, go through 3 lights, then turn left at the Shell Station onto Collins Ave.
From Interstate 66 to Front Royal, take Route 340 south into Luray. At the 1st light, turn left onto Main St. Go through 2nd light then turn left onto Collins Ave.
