Oxford Pride Market Place Stalls 

Bookings for 2018 are now open. The Market Place is held adjacent to the St Georges Tower within the Oxford Castle Quarter to encourage people to move around and explore different areas within this historic site  

Customers that browse the Market Place stalls have an association with the lesbian and gay community whether they are gay or lesbian themselves or friends and family are. Market Place Stall holders need to be open to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community culture and environment.

*Non profit / Community Group and Commercial Stalls booked and paid for before the 1st March 2018 will receive a £10 discount. Any enquiries please email

1. Pitches must be booked and paid for prior to the event. Payment can not be made on the day.
2. Non-Trading groups must hire a stall for an 'at cost' fee of £35 with a Pitch Sizes of 3m x 3m.
3. If you plan to distribute free publicity material you may require a license, further information - 
4. Commercial Stalls can either hire a market stall (size: 3m x 2m) for an additional charge of £35, or provide their own stall such as a gazebo with table within the 3m x 3m pitch.
5. Market Place Stall holders are requested to remain on site until 6pm.
6. No on-site parking. An allocated arrival and departure time will be provided prior to the event.
7. Please refrain from bringing trailers where possible.
8. Setup must be complete by 11am with the site opening to public at midday.
9. No vehicle movement permitted on site between 11am and 6:30pm, as directed.
10. In the event of a dispute, the Market Place Officer's decision is final.
