Woodbury Elementary Community Garden

Summer Garden Days:

Snacks are provided. Please arrange timely pick up.

Tuesday morning work parties (10-12 AM)

Our garden was started in 2009, and has fed students and school community ever since.

We have grown a variety of fruits, vegetables, and flowers for grazing, enjoying, and becoming part of our wholesome cafeteria meals.

We have two raised kitchen garden beds for herbs, lettuces, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, and cucumbers....

....and a large area of many rectangular and mound beds for the three sisters (corn, beans, and squash),
carrots, lettuces and other greens, tomatoes, lots of potatoes, sunflowers, peas, broccoli, cabbage, and more!

Throughout the summer, we have garden work days, when we invite students and community members to help out with maintaining the garden.
