The Construction Technology Academy course of study spans between four to six years of a student’s academic experience, starting with the suggested Career Exploration course in eighth grade and completion of the program with internship upon graduation. The Construction Technology Academy program meet the following standards:
  • State of Oregon CTE's Construction cluster skill sets.
  • Engineering and Mathematics components of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) standards.
  • Language Arts (literacy) components of Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
We are complying the course settings facilitate quality of instruction delivery to achieve results. The course setting support the needs of students to achieve certification of completion upon exit the program from National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) with the possibility of an internship and/or other career pathways.

The course of study include the following courses:

Sophomore (2nd year): Carpentry

Junior Senior (3rd year):
Framing Carpentry

Upon graduation, students will choose one or more career pathways include internship, apprenticeship and/or college.
