Nurse Robinson

Welcome! My name is Rachael Robinson and I am the district nurse for the Osceola Schools. My role as the school nurse is to make sure that your child's health needs are met.  This is done by promoting the safety, academic success, and the well-being of each student. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.  I am available Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm and can be reached at 715-294-3457 x 1050 or at robinsonr@osceolak12.org

Please utilize the tabs on the top of this page to find information regarding planning for students with health conditions, immunizations, medications, and illness or injury procedures.  Parents/guardians are requested to inform the school of any health problem and/or special health care procedures that needs to be performed at school.  This will assist the school in developing a plan to best help the student meet his/her needs.

If your child will need medications during the school day please fill out a medication consent form. All medications need to come in their original container and be brought in by an adult. Medication and emergency plan forms can be downloaded from the tabs on the top of this page.

When Health is absent

Wisdom cannot revel itself,

Art cannot manifest,

Strength cannot fight,

Wealth becomes useless,

and Intelligence cannot be applied.
