Spring Season 2016 Registration
Hello Orange AYSO Families, as your Orange AYSO Registrar, I truly hope you had a great Fall season, especially the children. As we end the Fall season, we are preparing for the Spring Season. Please read all information provided.
-Saturday, November 21st at Taft Elementary from 10:00am-12:00pm
-Wednesday, December 2nd 6-8 pm at Round Table Pizza (Off of Katella & Tustin)
-Saturday, December 19th at Taft Elementary from 11am-2pm
-Friday, January 15th 6-8 pm at Round Table Pizza (Off of Katella & Tustin)
Returning players from Fall 2015 season who will play with the same team and will use the same uniform = $95
New players or players joining a new team and will require a new uniform = $125

For this Spring 2016 season, you will only need to sign a document we will provide and make payment. (Registration rolls over from Fall 2015)
New Players: (Who didn’t play in Fall 2015 season)
To get started for registration, please visit eayso.org. You will need to have a valid email address and create a log in and password. Once you log in, you'll have to fill out a New Player Registration form.
AYSO is an all volunteer organization and our region is fully run by volunteers. With that being said, you will need to fill out a New Volunteer Application. The amount of volunteer ranges from minimal to heavy so whatever time you can give is GREATLY appreciated. We can discuss volunteer options on registration day.
IMPORTANT:Please bring ALL of the following to any of the registration dates (without ALL documents, registration will be INCOMPLETE and your child will not get placed on a team):
2 copies of the New Player Application
1 copy of New Volunteer Application
Photo ID of adult volunteering
Proof of age for the player (We will only need to see proof of age, we do NOT need a copy.)
Payment of $125.00. Checks can be made out to: AYSO 1335
