Efland-Cheeks Elementary School has teamed up with Splat Space Durham to offer a LEGO Mindstorms Family Day for families of children with  High Functioning Autism/Asperger's Syndrome. We will be offering a small-group environment where families can interact in a social setting. Students and families will be using LEGO NXT sets to explore robotics and flexible thinking skills. Spaces are limited. In Orange County Schools, priority will be given to families from Efland-Cheeks; families from other schools in the district will be admitted as space allows.

The event will be held on Saturday, May 19 from 2-4:30 at the Efland-Cheeks Elementary School Media Center. Contact me for more information.
