Toni Nottebohm (DE/ES) is a video maker and documentarist.
Her experience in filmmaking includes video journalism, advertisement, documentary filmmaking and movie production. She started with movie production and gathering knowledge in different positions on movie sets.
While studying advertisement she wrote and directed a spec-spot for Tesa Powerstrips that won several awards.
When she spent one year in Argentina and gave movie classes to children in socially disadvantaged areas she discovered her passion for documentary filmmaking. Here she started to work with participative documentaries what she pursues up till now.
Briefly after moving to documentary filmmaking she started to produce German Culture News for the Goethe Institute Barcelona / Barcelona TV as a video journalist. Here she became familiar with producing TV reportages in a one person formation: Filming, texting, editing and presenting the pieces.
Since 2009 she is the documentarist for the Open_Sailing Project of Cesar Harada.
