OpenFish
is a web forum for sharing ideas about autonomous underwater platforms scientific observation, testing and data logging.  So far there are just a few experimentations with underwater communication protocols going on, but the hope is to populate the site more with experiments and projects of the like.

Recently, we did some experiments with using green LED lights and RTTY broadcasting protocol - The green LED's on a transmitter pulsed at a certain frequency wirelessly send command signals to a receiver, powering forwards the small vehicle in the tank.

Electronic designs will be available soon on Ezer Longinus' blog as well as at openfish.cc.
