Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at Ohio Northern University is having a philanthropy event called the “Polar Plunge”.   On 1/21/12 from 1pm - 4pm we will be having brothers, other fraternity men, and anybody on campus who wants to participate go in the cold water of Polar Bear Pond on Fraternity Circle at Ohio Northern. 100% of the proceeds raised will be donated to the brotherhood's philanthropy March of Dimes. The March of Dimes raises money to help support the care of babies born prematurely.  The Brothers of Delta Sigma Phi, other Greek Life members, and maybe a surprise guest or two will be present to be thrown in for $5 Dollars/Plunge.  We are inviting everyone who wants to take the plunge to join us. Those deciding to brave the plunge themselves will need to purchase a shirt stating that you have “Survived the Polar Plunge” for $10 (after they've jumped in of course!). Those not wanting to take the plunge but still support March of Dimes will be able to purchase shirts for $12 a piece.
