This is a program for NEW triathletes. We're going to work with you on every aspect of triathlons: Swim, bike, run, transitions, nutrition, nerves and EVERYTHING you need to take you from a regular person to a triathlete!

We focus our training for sprint triathlons: approximately 400yd swim, 10 mile bike, 5k run
