We'll work on every aspect of triathlons:  
Swim, bike, run, transitions, nutrition, nerves and EVERYTHING you need to take you from a regular person to a triathlete!

Triathlons are a fun way to get fit and you may be surprised to find out that they're very doable with a little dedication and some specific workouts.  In other words:  

Did you know there are several different distances for triathlons, not just the Ironman?  
We focus our training for sprint triathlons: approximately 400-800m swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run
