Fish filets (White fish)
Fresh Spinach, washed & dried
Vinaigrette, Lemon or Citrus Dressing
Place spinach in the center of parchment paper and top each spinach stack with a drizzle of dressing. Place one piece of fish on top of the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings and top with another drizzle of dressing. Seal parchment paper completely.
Place the bags of fish onto a cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes - or throw on the grill. Place the bag onto a plate and slice the parchment paper open at the table to enjoy.
