     The Georgia Educational Student Technology Competition (GaSTC) is an annual student technology competition produced by the Georgia Educational Technology Consortium. The Consortium sponsors other technology initiatives in Georgia, including the Georgia Educational Technology Conference (GaETC). The GaETF is the highest level of student technology competition in Georgia with over 750 projects, representing the work of over 1000 students, which are judged at the competition each March. 

   Students will only be able to enter one category for the 2017-18 competition. More STC updates coming soon.

Important Dates
December 12, 2017:    Each District (County) must submit their first and second place winners in each category and grade band to Kim Spivey then update database.
December 19, 2017:    All students must be registered in the database at http://register.gastc.org/#/landing/Okefenokee
January 9, 2018:         Judge time slots will be sent to each school.
January 18, 2018:       Region competition will be held at Blackshear Elementary (3:30pm-7ish pm), 5217 GA-121, Blackshear, GA  31516.
March 10, 2018:          State competition will be held in Macon, Georgia at Middle Georgia State College, 100 College Station Drive, Macon, GA.
