PASSES

The YMCA is a non-profit organization that is mostly operated through the funds collected for regular full time membership dues. For this reason the use of guest passes or day passes is done only on a limited basis to be fair to full time members while also being able to promote new membership.

YMCA TOURS- Perspective adult (18 or older) members that would like a tour of the facility before joining may do so free of charge. It is preferable that a member of the YMCA staff do a walk around with the perspective member. If a staff member is not available the perspective member may tour alone after signing the waiver and information form.

GUEST PASS- The purpose of the GUEST PASS is to allow a perspective adult member an opportunity to use the YMCA facility free of charge for one day. The only YMCA STAFF that can authorize a GUEST PASS are the CEO and the Program Director. GUEST PASSES are authorized using the back of the CEO’s or Program Director’s business card. These passes will only be given to individuals that the CEO and or the Program Director strongly feel will join the YMCA or during promotional events. On occasion these passes may be given to someone that has helped the YMCA in some meaningful way or for some other promotional reason. Persons using a GUEST PASS must sign a waiver before using the facility.

DAY PASS- The purpose of the DAY PASS is mainly to allow YMCA members to have an opportunity to bring friends and visiting family to the YMCA on a limited basis. It also permits visitors to Okmulgee an opportunity to use the facility on a limited time basis. A DAY PASS costs $5.00 regardless of age and is not refundable. Individuals may purchase three (3) DAY PASSES before it will be required to become a full time member to use the facility. Patrons must sign a waiver for each DAY PASS before using the facility.
