YOUTH WEIGHT LIFTING

Winter Youth Weight Lifting Class

CLASS OFFERED NOVEMBER 11 —MARCH 13

The participant should have a sound working knowledge of lifting form and possess a good understanding of lifting sets and repetitions. These classes will encompass a full body routine each week. Classes will consist of 5 sets of 5 to 8 repetitions per muscle group. The primary training methods will be the reverse pyramid, ascending pyramid, super setting, and flexibility. Each participant will be individually coached according to age and lifting level. A customized nutrition plan will be provided to each participant. No beginners in this class! We will offer another beginner class this spring.

Ages 11-16 (Boys & Girls)

CLASSES HELD ON MONDAY & FRIDAYS

4:30PM-6PM (2nd class will be added if needed to keep Class sizes small)

Members $100

Non-Members $160
