Beginner Youth Weight Lifting Class

CLASS OFFERED OCT 6— JAN 6 2021

THIS IS A BEGINNERS COURSE. LEARN CORRECT AND SAFE LIFTING FORM, GYM ETIQUETTE, STATIC AND DYNAMIC STRETCHING. FULL BODY ROUTINES, ASCENDING PYRAMID, REVERSE PYRAMID, SUPER SETTING, STRENGTH AND POWER BUILDING. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM THE PARTICIPANT WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK OUT IN A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE MANNER ON HIS OR HER OWN. THE CLASS WILL BE 1 HOUR OF WEIGHT TRAINING AND 15 MINUTES OF NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION EACH DAY.

Ages 11-16 (Boys & Girls)

MANDATORY GUARDIAN/COACHES MEETING: TUESDAY OCT 2 AT 5PM

Must be enrolled by OCT 2

CLASSES HELD ON TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS:

4—5:15 PM- GIRLS/BOYS 11-15 AND 15 & UP

** If we get more than 5 kids enrolled we will split this class up into 2 classes **
