This class is a full body workout. It will begin with a warm up, the actual class will be set up in stations of all kinds that will last for 1 minute, followed by 30 seconds rest. The class will typically end with stretching and abs. This is a very challenging class!!!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.

The short rest intervals force the body to keep moving before it recovers from the previous set – that’s part of the reason Tabata leads to significant aerobic and anaerobic gains. It’s fast, intense and MADE FOR EVERYONE - every exercise can be modified in intensity to create a workout experience in which all participants can feel successful.
