Update for GRADUATING STUDENTS ONLY this coming June 2021. The community involvement graduation requirement will be reduced to a minimum of 20 hours of community involvement activities.This recognizes that graduating students have had barriers to earning their community involvement hours last school year and there may be continued barriers this school year. In addition, for the 2020/2021 school year, graduating students are permitted to count a maximum of 10 hours from paid employment towards their earned hours. Students must complete a reflection exercise (please see attachment for more information) indicating how their work contributed to the service of others and submit it with their Community Involvement Tracking Form. -------------------------------------- All high school students in the province of Ontario are required to complete forty (40) hours of community service as a graduation requirement outlined by the Ontario Ministry of Education. You may access the community involvement form on our school's website, mths.ca, under News & Docs under Forms. Please bring your completed form to Student Services. These forms must have a parent signature.
