Free Counselling Services in Ottawa, no referral or appointment required.:
1) Youth Services Bureau Youth Mental Health Walk-in Clinic has opened for youth ages 12 to 20.
It is open every Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 8pm. It is a free walk-in clinic where you can talk to a professional counsellor.
Location: 2301 Carling Ave (2nd Floor)
 

YSB provides an online chat forum Thursday through Sunday between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. at chat.ysb.ca or @RealLifeMatters
