Course Change Request for 2022 - 2023

Our master timetable is built based on student choices made during the original February - March selection period. Students have been timetabled based on these selections, and many courses are already full at this time. The ability to make a change  will depend on space available, and fit within the student’s timetable.

We must prioritize changes based on student needs to earn graduation requirements. After priority changes (click here for info)  have been processed, we can then consider other change requests. Please note that we maintain waiting lists. Requests made up until June 30th may be processed up until the end of the first week of class in September.

If you require a change to your selections for next year, please complete the form at the link below with a parent / guardian.

About Glebe Student Services

The goal of our staff in Student Services at Glebe Collegiate Institute is to work with students and their families and to ensure that they have the best possible preparation for their plans after high school. Student Services Staff are academic counsellors who can provide resources and support to assist students with their academic progress. Guidance Counsellors can help students choose courses and plan their educational pathway to meet their goals for the future.

Individual Support

High school can be an exciting experience. However, there are times when everyone could use some support and help. Guidance counsellors can provide support for students who might need assistance with managing challenges affecting their school life by connecting them to help through Student Success, Learning Support, or other professionals and community partners. Please reach out or make an appointment with your Guidance Counsellor if you need support.
