Course Changes for 2020 - 2021

Our current quadmester timetable, safety requirement of cohorting students, the restructuring of our schedule of courses and balancing class-sizes means that the school will only be able to make certain student timetable changes (such as: an error in a compulsory course, missing courses, or a student requirement of a level change in a subject.)  In building individualized student timetables, alternate course choices have been considered and it was assured that students' schedules have them working towards graduation requirements.

Please consult the Course Selection tab for a list of course offerings and descriptions. Please note that information on course availability is changing continuously.

Course Change Requests for 2020/2021

 For a Quadmester 2, 3, or 4 change:
Our timetable is severely restricted and changes will be processed in order of priority.

    Examples of these situations include:

                 ●   Has already earned the credit (eg. in summer school etc.)

                 ●   Does not have the prerequisite

                 ●  The student is in the wrong pathway due to a data entry error

(eg. student chose NBE3C (College preparation) instead of NBE3U (University preparation))

                 ●  The student is missing a credit needed to graduate

Please complete the form below with a parent / guardian. Changes are communicated via students' OCDSB email. If you do not receive a response before the start of the Quadmester concerned, it is because a change was not possible.
