What can you do in the Library?
Reading For Fun
Come in and Browse the shelves for Fiction books in both English and French. New books come in all the time, and we also have most of the Classics! Every month we highlight different books for your reading enjoyment. In the spring, join us for the Forest of Reading program where together we discover the best new books from Canadian authors in both English and French!
Do you love Graphic Novels? So do we! we have a growing section of Graphic novels in both English and French, including some of the classics in Graphic Novel format! We also have some great magazines for you to enjoy!
Need to print that assignment?
You can print in the Library from any desktop. In the morning we reserve computers Just for Printing Assignments so you can come in, print and get to your class on time! Printing costs 10 cents per page.
Need to work on an assignment?
Hey, we know you're busy and we've got your back! The Library is open before school (at 8:15) and at lunch so that you can work on your assignments individually or in groups, do some reading, work on a puzzle or just relax before classes. You are also welcome to come in on your prep period to work, read or relax!
Need Volunteer Hours or want to help in the Library?
Need some volunteer hours, or do you just like the vibe of the Library and want to be part of it all? There are many different jobs you could do, from helping with a club to shelving books! Come and speak to the Librarian for more information!
Library Clubs are here for you!
Library clubs happen at lunch. You can join the Dungeons and Dragons club, a book club, the Knitting Club or the Chess Club! Listen to the announcements or talk to the Librarian for more information. Have an idea for a club? Let the Librarian know!
Need to Relax, Reflect or Pray?
The Library is the place for you! We have a reflection room where you can spend some time praying, meditating or just reflecting on your day. Talk to the Librarian for more information!
