NYIT's Educational Technology Ambassadors, an offshoot of the Educational Technology committee and co-sponsored by the Center for Teaching and Learning, held their inaugural meeting on Monday, May 20, 2013. The group's goal is to build an interdisciplinary community of faculty members who use educational technology in creative ways, and to share their expertise with colleagues.

This website lists various software technologies that can be used with students to have discussions, deliver content, and facilitate interaction when access to a classroom is not possible. Please explore the links on the left - we have collected information about a variety of tools, most of which are relatively easy to use. Each of the technologies offered as solutions has been used by faculty for instructional purposes. Names of faculty and staff who are willing to support your initial attempts at using these technologies are listed on each page.
