UPDATE: 18 May 2020
Welcome to week 9! This week would have been final exams, which you guys don't have to do.
This is the last week we are mandated to make two-way communication with you, so please respond to my email sent out this morning, even with one word, so I can check you off and not have to call 10 different numbers listed in Infinite Campus for you and lose my voice again. Thank you!
Be well and HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!!
UPDATE: 11 May 2020
Welcome to week 8! Attached is the Week 8 CCSD optional, ungraded supplemental enrichment work packet. Google classrooms for study skills and life strategies classes have been updated with specific supplemental activities, as well. Check your other teachers' google classrooms for supplemental, ungraded enrichment work.
Remember to contact your 3rd period teachers and case managers for attendance. For my 3rd period students and for my caseload, I have sent out an attendance email. If you simply respond to that email, you will be counted for attendance this week. If I don't hear from you, I am required to start calling your cell phones at 8am on Friday mornings to make sure I have "two-way communication" with you (meaning you respond to me). The easiest way to do this is simply REPLY TO MY ATTENDANCE EMAIL on Monday mornings. If I don't hear from you EVERY WEEK, every Friday morning I'll be callin! It's a lot less work for all of us if you simply respond to the email.
It's official: Your third quarter grades are going to be your second semester grades. At this point, you should be finishing turning your work in with your various teachers in order to wrap up the semester. FINISH UP THIS OPPORTUNITY!
Also, to arrange the return of Coronado materials or the pickup of items you need from school, please fill out this form from Assistant Principal Jamie Gilbert ASAP to make arrangements: [https://forms.gle/We7Y3JC13k5qVZ4B9]
