Every brother signs an individual lease with Orion UNH LLC, the owner of 24 Madbury.  24 Madbury is managed through University Edge. Here is a sample lease with University Edge (Dollar amounts shown are NOT representative of the actual price of rent at 24 Madbury).

Every Brother living in House, starting for the 2016-2017 lease year, will sign a lease addendum with the Nu Beta House Association.  Rent will be paid to the Nu Beta House Association and the House Association will pay University Edge on behalf of the brothers.  This allows the Chapter to include cable, internet, and other auxiliary services in rent, while the Chapter can put money away in a rainy day fund.
