Hello! Welcome to my site :-) My name is Emily Lavine and I am the School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor for the Lancaster, MA schools; the Mary Rowlandson Elementary School and the Luther Burbank Middle School. I am available to provide counseling support to students, and to provide assistance as needed to families. Working with a School Social Worker can help students adjust to school and can help remove obstacles to learning and achievement.  For example, I may meet with students to help them develop coping strategies, healthy practices, self-advocacy techniques, prosocial behavior, and problem-solving skills.
