Great News!! The DPI has announced that our Cycle 2 CLC application has BEEN FUNDED!! This means that we will have the funding we need to run the program for another five years! HUGE thank you to our staff and community partners for the guidance, support, and dedication you have shown to our CLC program-- it makes a huge difference in the lives of our students and the families of those students!

NOW 21st Century Community Learning Center (CLC)

The Norwalk Ontario Wilton CLC program is a free program which helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that complement their regular academic programs; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children. Our center provides community service opportunities, music, arts, sports, and cultural activities. Our learning center also provides field trips to the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, The Boys and Girls Club in Sparta, and the public libraries in Norwalk, Ontario, & Wilton. We also partner with the University of Wisconsin La Crosse to provide ELL tutoring\mentoring, as well as college readiness programs. Our center provides parent English classes, community based events, and a parent networking group.

Monday March 30th CLC will be hosting a family night from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the school.
 Partner Spotlight: Judi Zabel, La Crosse County Health Department will be presenting on Other Tobacco Products currently trending in our communities!  Supper will be served from 5:30-6:00.
