one world family cosmic cookery by ideagirlruth

The One World Family is all about living in harmony with mother nature. One World Family Cosmic Cookery is here to help us achieve this in our diet. The recipes in this book were developed by the One World Family, probably by the will of the Universal Mind (UM), and tested time and time again in the communal One World Family Natural Foods Restaurant. The prophet Allen has informed us that all food is psychedelic (probably), but Cosmic Cookery is all vegetarian so you don’t have to worry about going on any meat trips (not beef, pig, or goat, ect.). The introduction explains to us the benefits of going vegetarian, going in-depth to tell us the truth about the nature of disease (Diabetes, HIV, schizophrenia, the common cold, ebola, not believing in chupacabra, etc.), natural disaster (floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, 17th century Europe, volcanic eruptions, etc.), pests (snails, locusts, phytophthora infestans, internet trolls, fruit flies, etc..),  etc.,it’s all just nature trying to rebalance itself, don’t fight it, deny it, etc.. The UM has foretold the end of this capitalist society, the UFOs are here to initiate that change, open your mind/radio-TV set to receive the UM’s broadcast, Cosmic Cookery is just your introduction to a life in harmony with nature.

Cosmic Cookery is full of delicious and healthy vegetarian recipes for you and your family to enjoy. There are a wide variety of recipes in the pages of this book. Shakes, smoothies, hot cereal, yogurt, pancakes, and granola to help get your morning started. Rice, millet, steamed grains, and beans of every variety for your grain and bean fix. Green salads, slaws, potato salad, beet salad, bean salad, yogurt dressings, and herb dressings, perfect when you need some salad in your life. We’ve got fruit and nut breads, breads made with all kinds of grains, muffins, and spreads for your breads, nothing beats a fresh-baked loaf. Bean soup, seaweed soup, barley soup, cabbage soup, split-pea soup, broths and stock, this collection contains a variety of delicious soups to finish off your meal. plenty to choose from for the main course: hop suey, curried dishes, casserole, lasagna, piroshki, pizza, noodles, and stew. There are a wide variety of sauces and gravies to choose from. The rather redundantly named section “Vegetables” has lots of ideas for how to prepare vegetables on their own. And last but not least, baked treats: pies, cookies, cakes, brownies, and frosting. With so many great recipes, One World Family Cosmic Cookery has something for everyone that the UM will agree with.
