Tent governance

Here is the wording from Governance on tents.

Tents are now permitted on Short rallies (5 days and under) but only for members. Guests will have to stay within the member's outfit (or tent) as this complies with the regulations stipulated by Natural England which only allows a short rally to be run as a member's event.

Tents are permitted on Long rallies (over 5 days/120 hours) and this can be for members and guests.
