PTO Information
PTO would like to send a HUGE thank you to Kim Hansen for putting together our COLOR RUN!!! She has put in countless hours getting this ready for our kiddos and is the brains behind the Jamba Juice, GoGo Squeeze, and the fabulous prizes!
Remember to have Pledge sheets in by May 5th.  We have asked for flat donations this year, as the liquid paint would make the tally marks for laps disappear.  This also means you can hang on to those pledge sheets until all donations are collected.  Thanks for supporting PTO so we can continue to provide for our kids and staff.
Thank you, also to GoGo Squeeze for donating all the applesauce!  We so appreciate you!

May 18 and 19 will be our annual Carnifield and we are still in need for many volunteers, please sign up to help make this a memorable event for these kids, they have been working REALLY hard all year and are looking forward to it. Contact your child's teacher, check your class newsletter or here is a link for the k-2 sign up.
You can click on box below to follow link, even if it appears at shadowy darkness.

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Please show our teachers and paras some LOVE!  PTO will be putting together a staff lunch for May 5, so please watch for the sign up to be emailed out next week.
Today is our COLOR RUN!  We will proceed assuming that there will be GREAT weather!  Please send your child with a shirt to run in that can get dirty, or purchase a white shirt (Walmart or Hobby Lobby have them for about $2.50-$3.50) The COLOR will wash out, but just in case an old or specially bought shirt is best!. Please keep in mind that the kids will be wet, (not drenched) and may need a dry shirt, so a back up shirt is a good idea. We will have COLOR stations set up around the track, so when the kids run by, they will be sprayed with color.

We have partnered with GoGo Squeeze and Jamba Juice, so immediately following their running time block, kids will receive an applesauce and their Jamba Juice, if they purchased one.
Please make sure all pledge forms are returned by MAY 5th!  This is our major fundraiser for the whole next school year and will help PTO run all of our special events like the carnifield and  fall festival to name a few. We hope to add a few new events next fall including Family Game Night and a Boohoo/Yahoo breakfast. Our goal is $10,000! Your help is greatly appreciated!

This is sure to be one of the most fun events we have ever done!
Thank you for your support,

Spirit Wear will be available for sale Friday, beginning at 3:30, outside near the Elementary office doors.  Please park in a marked space so there is no interference with the pick up line.   It's a great time to pick up your child a new zip- up hoodie, only $25!
Jamba Juice order forms due next week!

Hello Parents, This is just a heads up that students should be bringing home their earbuds on their last day of computer class.  It is up to you if you would like to keep them for next year or buy new ones.  Any earbuds that are not taken home by the last day of school will be sanitized and donated.  Thank you for your help with this!  Mrs. Albin, K-5 Computers
