Fall is here, winter is near and the weather is changing quickly!  Please remember to send your kids to school with appropriate clothing.  Pre-School thru 6th grade will continue to go outside for recess as long as weather permits and they will need
COATS, HATS AND GLOVES!    Any child that does not come dressed appropriately will not be allowed to participate in outside recess. ***We have a lot of jackets and sweatshirts hanging on the Lost & Found rack in the lobby.  If your children are missing anything please remind them to stop and take a look!***

***If your child is in need of a winter coat please call the school office @ 285-3264.  We had a large donation and we still have coats available!

A big thank you to those who supported the book fair last week.  In short, the library was able to receive over $500 in free books plus over $400 in cash to purchase additional books.  Also many many books were donated to classroom libraries.  We appreciate your support of reading at Grissom!  Thank you!

The next book fair will be during PT conferences in March.  In May, there will be another book fair and it is a Buy One Get One Free.
