REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE
All camps are
being held on the St. Ambrose Campus. Specific locations will be sent to
registrants. The schedule for the week will be 8:30 – 11:30 daily with snacks
provided each day. (If you have concerns about allergies, please feel free to
send snacks with your child.) Tuition for each child is $100.00 that includes
use of materials, daily snacks, and an individual copy of the group anthology

A big thank you to United Methodist Church of McCausland and Eldridge. These two churches are donating a $5 book to each student at Virgil Grissom. The students will be allowed to choose their free book from the book fair. The book fair will be at Grissom from March 7th to March 11th.
Thank you goes out to both of these churches for supporting the reading of Grissom students!
Sign ups are March 5th 11-2 at Virgil Grissom Carnival I will be in attendance for signups as well as Melissa Frazer.
One additonal signup will be March 12th at the Princeton Library from 9-12 and Jennie Robertson will be there to assist.

town. We do not have sign ups at the same time as the boys baseball league.
5th & 6th Grade Oratorical Contest
NS Optimist club is sponsoring an oratorical contest for 5th and 6th Grade Students. The topic this year is "How my Best Brings out the Best in Others."
The contest is being held on Saturday, February 27th, with registration from 9:00-9:15, in the High School Media Center. A registration form has also been attached for your convenience. On the day of the contest, the fifth and sixth graders will go first, with the junior and senior high students following. Awards will be presented at the end of the event.
This is a really exciting opportunity for students and is the first year the Optimist Club has opened it up for students in the elementary schools.
