Letter from Our Principal

Dear Jefferson Family,

I hope this letter finds you relaxed and enjoying those precious final days of summer.  I am

excited to be back with you all for the 2015-2016 school year.  My goal this school year is to

continue to build upon what we started last year, while remaining focused on ensuring that all

students reach high levels of success in a learning environment that celebrates Jefferson’s rich

tradition and community. There are many achievements and exciting opportunities awaiting us

when we start back to school on August 20th.

However, before August 20th arrives I wanted to share with you a couple dates so that you are

aware of what’s in store during the busy first couple of weeks of the new school year.

            August 3-4th – Enrollment Confirmation; 8am-6pm

August 18th – Back to School Night; 5:30-7:30pm

August 20th – First Day of School

        September 7th – Labor Day/School Holiday

September 8th-11th – Book Fair

September 11th – Donuts for Dads

      September 17th – Fall Pictures

The 2015-2016 school year is going to be a year full of growth and excitement, and I’m looking

forward to sharing in that experience with all of you.  Please know that my door is always open

and that I’m looking forward to sharing in your child’s learning as we tackle the new school year.
