P Ram Mohan is a Fellow at Regulatory Studies & Governance
Division, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and an Associate
Faculty at TERI University. Ram Mohan's areas of work
include infrastructure and regulatory law, nuclear technology and
liability Law, energy and environmental law. Prior to TERI, he worked at the National University of Juridical
Sciences (NUJS) as Faculty and Coordinator, School of Technology, Law
and Development and also been an advocate at Trivandrum District Court. He
is on the editorial board of International Journal
of Nuclear Law (IJNucL) and Atoms for Peace: An International Journal
(AFP). He is also a permanent contributor to the Yearbook of
International Environmental Law
(YbIEL) and serves as India correspondent to OECD- Nulcear Law Bulletin. IUCN has recognised him as the
India Focal point of IUCN Commission on Environmental Law.
Khanna K K Vice Chairman
Khanna is the Head Legal – Commercial Finance in Tata Capital Ltd, a
financial organization engaged in Corporate Finance, Investment
Banking, and Wealth Management. Arun
is a transactional lawyer handling documentation relating to debt
transactions, structured deals and other corporate finance activities.
Prior to joining Tata Capital, Arun worked with State Bank of Mysore
Assistant Manager (Law). Arun
started his legal career as an Advocate practicing before the High
Court of Kerala and District Court of Trivandrum.
Reynaers Kini General Secretary
Reynaers is a Partner at the law firm M.V. Kini
& Co., Advocates & Solicitors, where she heads the Environment
to joining M.V. Kini & Co. she worked as a researcher at The Energy
and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, where she headed
the Center for Global Agreements, Legislation and Trade. Before coming to India, Els's academic experience in the US was complemented by a
one-year association with the Chicago-based law firm Giordano &
Associates, a niche firm in energy matters. Thereafter, she worked as
an environmental lawyer with the international law firm Allen &
Overy, at Brussels, Belgium.
Mohit Abraham Treasurer
Abraham is a Partner at PXV Law Partners and an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India. He heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution
practice. He practices before
the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various tribunals, and represents clients on matters involving
Constitutional Law, Corporate Laws, Service Laws, Banking Laws,
Intellectual Property Laws and Environmental Laws. He also works closely with government and
non-governmental bodies in relation to formulation of laws and policies.
Recently he worked with the Commission on Centre State Relations which was set
up by the Government of India to look into new issues of Centre-State
to joining PXV Law Partners, Mohit worked with the law firm Amarchand
& Mangaldas in Mumbai.
Dr. R. Rajesh Babu
Dr. R. Rajesh Babu is an Associate Professor and Group Coordinator of the Public Policy & Management Group at
the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is also the Chairman,
Student Affairs Committee of IIM Calcutta. He offers courses on Indian legal
system, WTO law and policy, and law & public policy. Before joining IIM
Calcutta, Rajesh worked at the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization,
New Delhi. He was a Global Scholar In-residence at the Graduate Institute,
Genève.and also a Trainee in the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade
Organization (WTO), Geneva. He started his career as an Advocate practicing
before the High Court of Kerala.
Dipankar Bandyopadhyay Executive Member
Dipankar Bandyopadhyay is a Partner at VERUS Advocates, Mumbai. Dipankar's area of work is
corporate and project finance. He has worked extensively in these areas having
acted for both lenders and borrowers on several transactions. Dipankar has been
closely involved with infrastructure projects and has advised both developers
as well as contractors on such assignments including with respect to a nuclear
power project. Dipankar started his career as a litigator before the Calcutta
High Court, moved on to corporate work having joined Amarchand Mangaldas and then Bharucha & Partners.

Shetty Executive Member
Krishna Shetty is an Advocate with P.K. Associates, Virajpet - Coorg, Karnataka. Krishna is a trial court
lawyer with extensive experience in handling property, forest, industrial, labour disputes before the Virajpet Civil and sessions Court, and
Kodagu District Court.
