This is your Wellness Wake-Up Call: Did you know that you can add vegetables to your smoothie? How about asking an adult to help you make this Kale Apple smoothie. Add kale, one stalk of celery, a banana, an apple, some lemon juice and water. Yum!!
Cafeteria Reminders: You have been given the privilege of being able to sit up to 10 at the table with the new tables. If food and trays keep getting left on the tables and floor we will have to go back to only 8 at each table. It is your responsibility to make sure everyone at your table is respectful and helps clean up their messes. Please do not spoil it for everyone at your table. The volume has increased tremendously. Please make sure you use inside voices and don’t scream across the table to your friends.
We may not hear any important messages over the intercom. Everyone should be sitting in their seats unless you are throwing something away or in line for snack. REMINDER~WE DISMISS BY TABLE. You must wait until an adult tells your table you can leave.
Early Sports Release: No Known Early Dismissals
