Course Description: Family and Consumer Sciences  introduces students to the course work in a number of different fields and the careers to which these areas can lead. Further exploration in these fields of study will be offered in the Advanced FCS Class and in high school FCS courses. There is no pre-requisite for this course.

Course Description: The Advanced Family and Consumer Sciences Class builds on knowledge and skills learned in the Beginning FCS class while introducing students to the course work in a number of different fields and the careers. Further exploration in these fields of study will be offered in high school FCS courses. The prerequisite for this course is 8th grade and the Beginning FCS Class.
