  • Lost iPad off campus
  • HelpDesk chat or call 77700 to have the device placed in lost mode.
  • Report the loss to the Campus Administration.
  • Follow process outlined in PUR-03.
  • iPad is stolen on campus
  • Help Desk chat or call 77700 to have the device placed in lost mode. 
  • Report the loss to the Campus Administration.
  • File a police report with NISD Police indicating iPad and case was stolen. *indicate whether the device is a staff or student iPad.
  • Follow process outlined in PUR-03.
  • Complete the Burglary/Theft report and submit to Purchasing Supervisor to report the iPad and case were stolen. 
  • iPad is stolen away from campus
  • Contact the local law enforcement and file a theft report. 
  • HelpDesk chat or call 77700 to have the device placed in lost mode.
  • Take the report to the Campus Administrator immediately upon return to school.  
  • Follow process outlined in PUR-03.
