9th and 10th Grade
Using feedback from students and staff, we've made an adjustment to the CCR page.  There are 2 different experience forms below, School Based & Community Based, that students will use to populate the page.  The links to the forms are below and are available on our website.  Students can either print a hard copy of the form and scan it to their CCR page or create a PDF and complete it digitally.

11th and 12th Grade
The purpose of this page is to help students collect their experiences that intentionally provide development and growth.  We need to help them identify/name the type of experience because it will strengthen their "brand" when it's time to apply to college. The transferable skills list isn't exclusive, so feel free to search the web for other examples.

Beyond HSC Tracking Charts for grades 11 and 12.
Use Transferable Skills List as a vocabulary bank for skills gained for school and work experiences.

Student Voice, Choice and Responsibility: Feel free to add additional pages to your HSC E Portfolio that show who you are as a student, social action agent or artist.
