My Bio:

Hello! Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!! I have been blessed with the opportunity to teach here at Hoggard High for my 11th year. I am excited about the upcoming school year and making an impact on the students I teach! I strive for my students to make positive changes and improvements both in school and out of school as to prepare them for the "real world".

I coach baseball at Hoggard since 2007 and recently took over the program as head coach in the Spring of 2018. I also coach American Legion baseball in the summer for Wilmington Post 10. We have won 3 state championships, 1 southeast regional championship, and a world series appearance in 2013 in which we played on ESPN.

I graduated from Hoggard in 2000, and continued my education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I graduated from UNCC in 2004 and pursued a professional baseball career until 2006. I decided to come back to Wilmington, NC and help the youth achieve success, maximize potential, but most importantly help them walk through the doors of opportunity. I look forward to an outstanding, successful school year!!
