Welcome to Mrs. Bailey and Mr. Winstead's class!

Hello! My name is Shana Bailey and I am so excited to be your child's new teacher! I hold a bachelors degree in Child Development from NC A&T State University (Aggie Pride!) and a teaching license from UNC-Wilmington. Overall I have worked with children for about 13 years and continue to grow and learn from them each day! I believe in hands-on experiences, learning creatively, and learning through play. I also believe collaboration, cooperation, and open communication between home and school are keys to building a strong partnership so please feel free to contact me at any time!
