Emergency Action Plan

EAP's (Emergency Action Plans) are developed for students with chronic illness such as asthma, known allergic reaction, diabetes, or seizures; real or perceived threats to total well being such as anxiety disorders, migraines, fainting spells; and functional procedures such as g-tube feedings or in and out catheterizations.  

Please see the school nurse if and when known or new issues arise.  A plan can be developed for your child's needs while at school.  Staff will be trained on an as needed basis for emergencies and how to deal with them should the nurse be out.  If a procedure is required, a health care provider will need to sign the form (see forms below.)
