Coaching Philosophy

At Roland-Grise our goal is to instill a positive work ethic, dedication, commitment and team loyalty based on hard work, the desire to prepare and the willingness to sacrifice for the team. By this, we hope that throughout their time of competition at Roland-Grise, our athletes will have a positive experience and attain a solid foundation for future success in whatever field they choose.

Parent / Coach Communication

Our coaches are here to help these young athletes reach their full potential.  Please feel free to communicate with coaches at appropriate times about appropriate topics.  If you are not satisfied after talking with the coach, please follow New Hanover County Policy and contact the Athletic Director before any administrator.
