The application link and more information about each program can also be found on the NHCS Signature Programs webpage (https://www.nhcs.net/schools/specialty-schools-programs). The programs are listed on the left of the page. Each program page also has an "Apply" link - where you can access the same Google Form application (linked in blue box). You only need to complete the Google Form once, but can find it on each program's page.
You may apply for up to three programs.
There are questions on the application for the parent/guardian. Students, please complete the application with your parent/guardian.
Make sure you type your email address correctly as this is how the program will send you your essay directions and acceptance notice.
Make sure you select Holly Shelter as the school presently attending. This is how the program coordinators will know to notify me of your application.
The google form is not saved or sent to the specialty program coordinators until you reach page 5 and press submit.
Feel free to contact Mrs. Witkowski with any questions or if assistance is needed.
