Biography:

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I attended college at Colorado College where I earned my Bachelor's in Political Science. After graduating I spent two years working as a teacher's aide at Kenter Canyon Elementary. In 2011 I earned my Master's in Education with a Teaching Credential in single subject Social Studies from Pepperdine University. I taught 5th and 6th grade for two years at Echo Horizon School in Culver City. This will be my sixth year teaching at New West Charter. I enjoy reading, doing new activities with my family and supporting all LA sports teams. I am looking forward to all of the amazing American History topics we will cover this year!!!
