High School Happenings:

Pick up a copy of The Anchor today during lunch. The journalism staff has also been working on a podcast. They will be releasing their first episode during 5th period today. This episode features a trivia game with Mrs. Losey, an interview with Bryce Hohman over his State Cross Country Meet, and an interview with Collin Snyder over his recovery process and marathon run. The podcast and an electronic copy of The Anchor can be found on The Anchor's website, located on the left-hand side of the school's website.

The high school Student Council is collecting items for the Salvation Army this holiday season. In the Auditeria, there is a tree with ornaments with items listed that could be donated. You can take as many ornaments as you wish. Donated items can be placed in the box near the Christmas tree. Donations will be accepted until December 21.Please see Mrs. Losey with any questions.

Concession stand workers for tonight's Boys JV/Varsity Basketball game at 6:00 PM are: Parent set-up Ruth Goeller (please arrive by 5:00 PM) and student set-up - Nick Zoeller, Brooklyn Gillig and Julia Reinhart (please arrive by 3:00 PM); parent workers - Ruth & Andrew Goeller and student workers - Josh Nye, Andy Nye, Devin Nye and Scott Beier. All workers need to arrive by 5:30 PM. Chicken sandwiches will be provided by Laura Eddington.

Concession stand workers for Saturday afternoon's Girls JV/Varsity Basketball game at 1:00 PM are: Parent set-up - Robin/Lenny Theis (please arrive at 12:00 PM); parent workers - Joe & Tina Nye and student workers - Eric Theis, Chris Acree, Dalton Reinhart and Andy Nye. All workers please arrive by 12:30 PM. Chicken sandwiches will be provided by Stephanie Depinet.

Attention Seniors: Your third class trip payment was due December 6. Please submit payment to Mr. Lininger ASAP.

Any baseball players needing a hat for the upcoming season, please see Mr. Lininger for fitting.

The Athletic Department Discount Card fundraiser is coming to a close. If you have money or unsold cards to turn in, please get those to Mr. Lininger by Friday, December 21.

Attention Student Council Members: Your Christmas cards are in Mrs. Losey's room. Make sure you pick one up and fill it out before Christmas break.

Attention Seniors: It’s time to turn in baby pictures and senior pictures for the Yearbook! Please submit multiple pictures, but pick two senior photos and one baby photo as your favorite. Please email them or give them to Brooklyn Depinet or Cassie Eddington ASAP.
