Nevada Regional Technical Center is one of fifty-eight Career and Technical Education Centers in Missouri. We serve high school students, as well as adult students. We serve seven sending districts and Nevada as our home district.  Districts include: Nevada,  Bronaugh, Butler,  El Dorado Springs, Hume, Miami, Northeast Vernon County and Rich Hill School Districts. It is our goal to prepare students for the demands of industry and post-secondary education. We have several dual credit offerings as well as articulation agreements with colleges in the state of Missouri. Culinary Arts Congrats!
Culinary Arts competed in the Missouri ProStart in Springfield. The team of Taylor Remington, Jacob Jackson, Brooke Fisher and Shaunee Jestis won the Management competition. They will advance to the National competition held at Disneyland in California in April! The culinary team of Brennon Pryor, Michael Geeding, Jayden Douglas and Kellan Scott (El Dorado Springs) took 17th place. They did a super job too!

Livestock Judging Team Qualifies for International Contest in Scotland

The Nevada FFA Livestock Judging Team has earned a chance to participate in the International Livestock Judging Contest held in Scotland this June. The team represented Missouri in the Western National Roundup 4-H and FFA livestock judging contest, as part of the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado. Team members are Payton Dahmer, Kaylee Farmer, Cara Comstock and Skyler Scotten.
