My name is Ryan Sprott, and I grew up in West Texas. Afterwards, I attended Texas State University-San Marcos where I majored in English and Spanish. I have since earned a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction at Angelo State University and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

I love to teach and have worked with pre-K to graduate students, and I’ve taught in rural, urban, and international settings. Stemming from experiences as a learner and educator, I co-founded, a social art project now housed at Texas State University. Education should be relevant, authentic, and engaging, and I’m excited to teach at a school like ISA which upholds these values.

When not teaching, I enjoy making music or doing outdoor things like camping, biking, and backpacking.
