Problems with Projector

  • My projector is not projecting what's on my computer:  
    • Change source to Computer using either the remote control or the "Source" button on the projector. 
    • Check the VGA cable and the adapter connection to the computer. 
    • If it is still not working submit a support ticket
  • Message displaying "Please Clean Filter": Contact Mr. Yankell and submit a support ticket.
  • My Picture is dim/blue: 
    • Check the VGA cable and the adapter connection to the computer. 
    • If that does not resolve the issue, submit a support ticket.
  • My projector is not turning on:
    • If the Power indicator is blinking orange, the projector is cooling down. Wait a moment and try again.
    • If the Power indicator is blinking green, the projector is warming up. Wait a moment and a picture should be displayed
    • If the Power indicator is off, check the back of the projector for unplugged cables. Submit a support ticket.
    • If the Lamp indicator is blinking red, submit a support ticket.
    • If the Lamp indicator is solid red, contact Mr. Yankell or Ms. Bookston immediately and submit a support ticket.
