NCAA Information

For students planning to participate in athletics at the collegiate level, it is important to understand the difference in the division levels in terms of scholarship opportunities as well as academic requirements.  All students considering college athletics should register with the NCAA NO LATER THAN THE SOPHOMORE YEAR.

The NCAA Eligibility Center's website for interested students is www.NCAA.org/playcollegesports. This website has been designed to help high school student-athletes successfully transition to college. The enhanced online content gives student-athletes and counselors a broad look at the initial-eligibility process and detailed information about common eligibility situations.

Attached below are the Division I and Division II quick reference guides.

Student-athletes are guided through current and upcoming initial-eligibility requirements, recruiting guidelines, and timelines for staying on track in high school. Additional webpages address initial-eligibility situations unique to international, home-school and non-traditional students.

Northeast Bradford's school code is 394288.  This code will be helpful for downloading a list of NCAA approved courses offered at Northeast Bradford.

The Guidance Office updates Northeast Bradford's core courses annually with the NCAA.

To report SAT and ACT scores directly to the NCAA use code 9999 when registering to take these exams.  (See "SAT & ACT Information" on how to register for these exams.)
