VLSI Computer-Aided-Design Laboratory

The mission of VLSI CAD Laboratory is to develop novel devices and frameworks for Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) designs. As part of the mission, current research interests include (but not limited to):

  1. Three-dimensional Integrated Circuits (3D ICs)

  2. On-chip Power Delivery Networks (PDNs) and Clock Distribution Networks (CDNs)

  3. Hardware Designs for Artificial Intelligence

  4. Machine Learning implementations for biomedical and agriculture fields
