ABOUT THE NC DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE REQUIREMENTS FOR VENDING.


You are invited to participate in the 2015 Martin County Farm Heritage Fair to be held Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center in Williamston NC.   Setup is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, December 4th, and 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 5th. 

The arena must be clear of vendor vehicles by 8:30 a.m. the day of the show. We ask that all vendors wait until 3 p.m. on event day to break down booths.

Below is the Fair Vendor Contract as well as the Registration Application listing rental fees for all booth sizes, tables, chairs, electrical hookups, and RV spaces for overnight stays.  Booth space is limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis, so please return your application and contract as soon as possible to ensure participation. 

As an added bonus this year, we will be holding a drawing among vendors who return their applications by the EARLY registration date of November 6.  ONLY completed booth applications/contracts received in our office by close of business on November 6 will be entered into the drawing.

Again this year is the opportunity to highlight your booth on our new website. The vendor section of this website will be a work in progress as we take in new vendor information.  We ask that you send a picture representing what you will be vending at your booth and a short blurb (approximately 100 words or less) to go with the picture.   The blurb and pic will be added to the website when completed paid application/contract is received at our office.  We would like to feature each vendor on the website. The picture needs to be in .jpg format and should be sent to Shelia via e-mail at shelia_ange@ncsu.edu
