Mark D. Walker

My research focuses on topics in corporate finance including financial policies, governance, and restructuring.  I teach international finance in our undergraduate and M.B.A. programs.  My education includes a Ph.D. (2001) and a M.B.A. (1995) from Purdue University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (1991).
