    Welcome to the home of the Navy JROTC Unit of Newton-Conover High School!  On this site you will find the latest information on the activities, events, and academic resources of our program.  We are always looking to improve this website, so please use the contact form link to provide us constructive feedback or to ask for additional information you would like to see provided here.

Who we are:


    Commissioned in 1993, the Instructors and Cadets strive to live up to the Navy's motto of "Honor, Courage, Commitment".  Located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and just outside of the Charlotte area, we offer a diverse selection of activities. We are proud of our extremely supportive school and community, and strive to stay active in school and community service projects.

    NCHS NJROTC is led by the Executive Staff. This is comprised of Commanding Officer Venegas, Executive Officer Martin, and Operations Officer Lara

    Attention everyone Our Annual Pass In Review is this upcoming Tuesday, Dec 4, 2018. This event will begin at 10:00am, and everyone is invited and are encouraged to attend.
